All went well. Only issue was length of time to get a tire replacement. Took 2 days instead of 1. But, I'm guessing that is beyond Germain's control and understandable.
There is a reason this dealership has a near perfect customer rating. The level of commitment to their guest experience is literally unmatched and I walk away from the service department every time absolutely floored by how much they care about the product and service they’re providing.

John was very nice, polite and helpful. I live an hour and a half away. My issue is with the vehicle. In less than 24hrs my neither turn signal works, my brights don't work, my check engine light came on today, and my rear drivers break light doesn't work. I've only driven this vehicle 3x since yesterday!

I went to Germain Mazda West to take care of a manufacturer recall and was told by Jessica, that I did not complete my first scheduled service which was at 5,000 miles. Very clean, modern dealership with friendly service and comfortable customer waiting area. Found just the car we'd been looking for! We were long-distance customers and Skyler stayed right on top of things with prompt communication while we were planning our trip to the dealership for a test drive. Once in the dealership, Skyler, Conner and Ashley took great care of us and even went above and beyond putting a big red bow on the car when we picked it up after purchase.
